Hayley assists with commercial lines processing as it relates to all four locations. She earned her CISR designation in 2014.

Her time outside of work is spent enjoying her children, Gabe and Maddox. She is an active volunteer in the community, serving as Vice President of the EDGE Foundation, Treasurer of the East Dubuque Youth Football League, a Girl Scout Troop Leader, Junior Achievement volunteer and former board member of the Dubuque Jaycees.
